How to wear white jeans with cellulite? This is probably one of the most universal questions among women.
Ladies, let’s be honest here, we all have an intense love-hate relationship when it comes to white jeans.
Every time we bring our jeans back home with strong faith.
Wear it examines them in front of the mirror and the same brutal result – the cellulite just can’t be any more obvious.
But still, we can’t deny that white jeans are truly flattering and classy to wear!
After combating more than 20 white jeans (Life is tough sis), I’ve finally come up with some useful tips!
So here you go ladies – 5 practical tips on how to wear white jeans with cellulite + 1 helpful tool to make them look way less obvious if you’re reading till the end!
1. ALWAYS SIZE UP YOUR WHITE JEANS
Every time I size up to my white jeans, it just looks way more flattering on my legs and the cellulite was less visible!
Here are some reasons why we always should size up white jeans!
A. WE ARE TOO USED TO SIZING DOWN
While we think we always choose the right size for ourselves, most of us subconsciously tend to size down our jeans without awareness at all!
For many times, even though we know size L is more comfortable to wear, we will still somehow pick the size M to fulfill our ideal self-expectation.
Well, skinny jeans suppose to be tight but not supposed to be THAT tight!
So sizing up can make sure your white jeans are fitted and hug your curves correctly.
Without stretching the fabric brutally, the cellulite will be way less visible.
B. TIGHT JEANS CAN WORSEN CELLULITE ISSUES
There are many reasons that contribute to the forming of cellulite and one of the common reasons is wearing something too tight.
The intense squeezing of your skin limits the blood flow and circulation of that area. So it’s important to size up and make sure our legs have enough space to “breathe”.
2. AVOID STRETCHY FABRIC FOR WHITE JEANS
Fabric matters a lot when it comes to wearing white jeans.
Always avoid stretchy fabric like milliskin, bad-quality nylon, and more.
Not only does this fabric show your cellulite easily, but this also makes your white jeans a bit see-through and that’s not classy at all.
Instead, always opt for thick fabric like twill, thick cotton, and leather.
If you don’t want to overcomplicate things, just remember don’t buy white jeans online, and don’t go for the low-priced range of white jeans.
Unlike other dark blue jeans, there’s a necessity for us to invest in more expensive jeans for the nice fabric.
Another quick tip to avoid all stretchy fabric is simply don’t buy white jean leggings!
I know they are comfier than white jeans but most of the fabric is really stretchy.
3. WEAR WIDE-CUT JEANS INSTEAD
We always conditioned ourselves that only skinny jeans are going to look flattering on our bodies.
Well, it’s not!
Here are different types of jeans that flatter different types of bodies.
- Straight-leg & wide-cut jeans: Apple, Hourglass, square body shapes
- Flare jeans: Hourglass and Pear body shapes
- Boyfriend jeans: Apple and square shapes
I used to love skinny jeans but once I realized how flare jeans make my legs look slimmer and longer, I just can’t go back!
Expect skinny jeans, other jeans can all hide your cellulite perfectly.
With the help of a pair of pointed flats or heels, you can rock other types of jeans for sure.
Ladies, it’s time to get out of my boring skinny jeans comfort zone!
4. WEAR WHITE JEANS WITH HIGH LOW TOP
I hope you get excited about this tip as I am because this is the most effortless way to cover your cellulite ever!
Here’s the thing, people always think wearing a long top will offset the elongating effect from high waist jeans.
Well, not that all if you find the right pick.
That said, go for only the High Low top so it can hide the butt area but at the same time make you look put together.
Completed your look with a nice pair of chunky nude heels, this is how you look feminine and sophisticated with a billowy silhouette.
NAIL IT GAL.
This is so random… BUT
hey ladies, why not quickly do an affirmation and feel instantly better?
This new year, I’m trying not only to share fashion tips but come up with ways to instill body positivity in all women who are reading my articles – aka YOU!
Instead of just reading it, say it loud or murmur the quotes (if you are in public) to maximize the effect.
Ready? Here we go.
I love my body. She is my forever home and sanctuary.
Sassy isn’t a shape, it’s an attitude.
Work out because I love my body – not because I hate it.
I can love myself and change my body at the same time. No guilt about that.
It is completely normal to have tummy rolls. I come to realize that social media isn’t showing the reality… at all.
My happiest moments in life had nothing to do with the way my body looked.
I don’t have to be pretty like her, I can be pretty like …ME.
I AM perfect imperfection.
What are your thoughts on that? I hope that makes you feel better (as you deserved).
Please help me pass the body positivity message in your community. #womenhelpwomen

5. WEAR SHAPEWEAR
Last but not least, if you are a perfectionist, you can always wear shapewear to hide your cellulite.
As cellulite is mostly located on our bum and thigh area, shapewear can really help target cellulite.
When it comes to shapewear, always opt for the high-waisted one so we don’t show our muffin tops on.
I’ve tried a few of the shapewear and so far this one from SPANX is the best! It can even uplift my hip line and that makes me feel more confident in my white jeans.
MY FINAL PICKS FROM AMAZON:
Sorry to disappoint you ladies but I don’t really have a long list of jeans.
Some of them have no front pockets, some are not stretchy and most of them can’t contour our figure right.
So there you are, the final two winners after buying a few pairs from Amazon.
1. Gloria Vanderbilt Wide Leg Crop Length Jean
Extra-High Rise, Straight Through Hip And Thigh, and cropped design. OK, THAT’S A PASS. This is a special pair if you want an extra dash of attitude.
Best for: The girls who want to elongate their legs visually / the girls who want to love French chic style & relaxed cuts
Amazon review from Toni Ehasz :
“Love these jeans! Chose the light-colored denim with the fringed bottom. Didn’t realize they had a stretch in them which is fantastic in the waistband. They look adorable with sneakers, wedges, and block-healed feminine sandals. I am 5’3 and they could be slightly shorter, but I will wear them with a heel to offset. Very soft, quality denim. Getting another pair ASAP.“
2. LEE Women’s High Rise Skinny Jean
LEE is kind of an old-school brand in my mind but the quality of their white jeans is GREAT. If you want to find nice pairs with all good reviews, this is probably the only one.
Amazon review from Dee:
“I am 5’2, 135 lbs. these are the first pair of jeans I’ve ever had, that fit in the waist, bum, thighs, and length. I definitely recommend it!”

6. Use cupping therapy for cellulite
So here’s my short story for dealing the cellulite.
I keep searching for a natural way to deal with the cellulite and I’ve tried all possible ways from changing my diet to massaging the legs with oil.
To be honest, I see NO DIFFERENCE. I do drop a few pounds but the cellulite is still there.
And then I watched a youtube video last year and the girl introduce cupping therapy.
According to Healthline, this therapy involves placing the open side of cups directly on your skin.
As you can imagine this creates a vacuum effect that slightly pulls surface tissue into the cup.
That said, the negative pressure promotes the draining of accumulated fluids, toxins, and other chemical compounds to the lipids in cellulite.
In 2015, a small pilot study investigated cupping for cellulite. The researchers found that dry-moving cupping therapy applied 10 times on each thigh for 5 weeks effectively decreased the grade of cellulite.
So if you are thinking of body hifu, hold on sis, try this affordable cupping thing first.
I know it sounds silly but it WORKS! I’d say 80% of my cellulite is gone.
I’ve tried a few brands from Amazon but the Lure Essentials one is by far the best for me.

Man, the struggle with white jeans is real!! It’s interesting how black jeans hide your unflattering parts but white jeans accentuate those parts. I totally agree that fabric is a must when looking for the right white jeans. Stretchy fabric with a lot of clothing is hard to pull off and when you add that on a pair of jeans, it’s like, honey no. Lol thanks for sharing
Thanks for these useful tips. I never thought it was possible to hide cellulite in white jeans! In fact, I’ve “retired” all my pairs of white jeans, lol!
