Whether you’re there to bid or just soak up the drama, your outfit needs to say, “I’m confident, classy, and maybe just a little competitive.” (especially if you are the one to bid)

A charity auction for local art might call for something more casual than a high-stakes auction for fine art. 

1. When in doubt, midi wrap dress

When it comes to attending auctions, dressing decently is the norm.

I personally think a midi wrap dress is one of the smartest ideas, and you’ll look so put together while actually requiring minimal effort!

It’s just make us feel sassy without trying too hard.

That said, I’d say always bring a scarf or poncho with you, as auction house can be quite cold sometimes.

5. Dressy top + jeans combo for auction

And guess what people, you can actually wear jeans to auction!

That said, you want to look put together so I’d say always throw on a dressy top to stay chic.
