Is that just me or there’s something lowkey satisfying about securing a reservation at a Michelin-starred restaurant?
I am now in my late 20s already, but whenever I go to fine dining, I still feel a sense of being pampered and feel like I am treating myself well.

A dinner at a Michelin restaurant is definitely more than a meal itself — it’s a feeling of being like a princess.
And yea, planning on what to wear is definitely a big part of the fun!
Ahead, I’ve gathered xx outfit ideas that totally strike the balance of elegance and wearability.
Enjoy, my loves, and pin some of these outfits for later reference! <3
1. A fancy dress is all you need
Well well girlies, if you are going to a super instagrammable fine dining resto, I’d say bring on a fancy dress cause it will totally ELEVATE the whole dining experience.
Bring on the necklace, full makeup and feel like an absolute doll 💋.
Lemme tell you, the wine glass is the best props for resto pics everrrr.
2. A statement top for the fine dining date
And for the girlies who not feel like wearing a dress, another equally cute option is have fun with an eye-catching top.

Think bold hues like Barbie pink, buttermilk yellow and all kinds of prints and patterns.
That being said, a crop top like this may not be the best option if you are concerned about the belly area.

Learn from my mistake—I once wore a cute black lace bralette top to fine dining and INSTANTLY regretted it.
Being cropped was the worst decision ever because by the end of dinner my food baby was OUT and it was not the look I was going for.
If you wanna take some Instagrammable shots, I’d say still rock the top but maybe bring a scarf with you so when you sit down you have extra coverage xx
3. Stay refreshing in all-white
Speaking of the afternoon fine dining or country club high tea, opt for the feminine pastel hues.

This all-white fit is just as feminine as it’s preppy and refreshing.
That said, we generally will remove the hat when sitting at a table as a sign of respect.
4. Blazer for the boss babe look
Looking for that boss babe energy?
A cute dress paired with an oversized blazer is always a winning combo that never goes out of style.

PRO TIP: Always bring some type of outerwear (like a blazer or cardigan) with you for that extra coverage when heading to the restaurant.
Is that just me as an introvert girlie or there’s something about standing alone on the street waiting for your Uber that can feel so awkward sometimes?
Seriously I always bring a jacket with me as this is my security blanket LOLOL
If you are reading this blog post till now, there’s one thing for sure…
You have good taste! <3 If you approve of some of these looks, please kindly pin or share some of these outfits so many tasteful fashion babes can come across this outfit inspo, thanks pretty! ❤️

And…it would truly mean the world to me if you stay until the very end. ❤️
5. Feminine satin skirt for the win
If you haven’t tried out this combo, pin this look below and try it out later!

Trust me, this tube top and midi satin skirt is so figure flattering regardless of your body shape.

The satin and silk skirt looks so lustrous and drapes incredibly well on our body.
Together with a nice pair of heels, this look is a 10/10.
6. Winter fine dining looks: patterned tights
When the days are cold out, I love experimenting with all kinds of tights — they just add more texture and dimension.

See how they add a dose of personality to an otherwise standard all-black fit?

For the girlies who think prints can make the legs look thicker, avoid going for large or sparse patterns and opt for sheer black ones as baby steps!

I also love how she brighten up the fit with a cherry red bag – oh so darling.
7. High neck top for the polished look
Is it just me or is there something special about high neck tops?
They just make me look extra polished and put together.

If you’re heading to a fancy place and wanna go dressier, a high neck lace top looks so perfect.

My other winter favorite — a well-fitted white turtleneck.
So sophisticated and feminine.
8. When in doubt, go for the fun necklines
If high neck tops aren’t your style, have fun with all different necklines!

Especially when you take a table shot, the neckline is all the focus, so make sure you play with some fun tops!

As a round-faced girlie, I love wearing one-shoulder tops so much as they draw eyes upward and make my face appear smaller by comparison!
