READ IT NOW SIS.

Part 1: Why I Had to Wake Up From the Fairy Tale

Okay, I know the title of this blog post sounds completely unhinged. Hear me out.

I promise you that by the end of this video, your entire perspective on dating, men, and feminism is going to completely shift—so just bear with me for a second.

To be honest with you guys, I haven’t always been super vocal about this. I’m actually a pretty new feminist. And what pushed me over the edge wasn’t some abstract political debate—it was real, raw life.

Recently, I fell down a rabbit hole reading about that horrifying Cornell case. Seven guys assaulted a fellow student, and their punishment? Writing an essay.

Meanwhile, this 20 years old girl is left dealing with unbearable, insufferable physical & mental trauma.. And from what we know, those guys didn’t even face real consequences.

Reading that news genuinely broke something inside of me.

It made me grieve the baseline dignity and safety of being a woman in this world.

It forced me to stop looking away and start actually educating myself on how deep the patriarchy goes. And I’m telling you, once you see it, you literally cannot unsee it.

2. Part 2: The Double Bind & The “Expired at 30” Terror

Have you ever felt like no matter what you do as a woman in this world, you literally cannot win? If you speak up at work or set firm boundaries, suddenly you’re ‘bossy,’ ‘aggressive,’ or ‘bitchy.’

Why Being a Feminist Can Help You Get Princess Treatment?

But if you’re nice, gentle, and accommodating, people step all over you and call you ‘weak.’ And if you dare to get upset about it? ‘Oh, you’re just being too emotional. You’re overreacting.’ It is exhausting.

But here’s the truth I need you to hear today: You are not crazy, you are not overreacting, and you are not “too sensitive.”

You are living in a system that was intentionally designed to make you second-guess yourself.

Think about it. From the moment we’re born, women are conditioned through a hyper-specific, multi-billion-dollar societal machine designed to make us men-centered.

We are subconsciously trained to view our entire existence through the lens of male approval. We’re taught to view other women as competition instead of allies.

We judge each other, pick each other apart, and compete for male validation, while men build networks and lift each other up.

And let’s talk about the ultimate threat society holds over our heads: the “Expired at 30” myth. We are systematically terrorized by the narrative that a woman’s worth has a ticking clock, and that if she isn’t chosen by 30, she is discarded.

Society treats a wedding ring like an identity card, conditioning young girls to view marriage not just as a choice, but as their supreme lifetime achievement.

We ask little boys what career they want to build; we ask little girls what kind of wedding they want to have. This is a deliberate programming tactic to make you lower your standards out of pure, manufactured panic.

If you dare to hold out for an equal partner? If you dare to demand mutual respect? Society turns around and shames you. Suddenly, you’re “unrealistic,” “too picky,” or “difficult.” They tell you to “settle down”—and notice the wording there: settle.

how to get treated like a princess

They literally use a word that means “accepting less” and package it as your happily ever after.

And in the workplace? The system is still playing games.

According to data from the Pew Research Center, the gender wage gap has barely budged in over two decades—women still earn around 82 cents for every dollar a man makes.

On top of that, researchers call it the ‘Double Bind’: studies consistently show that when men act assertive, they’re praised as strong leaders, but when women display the exact same behavior, they are rated as significantly less likable and less competent.

3. Part 3: The Matrix of Control & Fragile Self-Worth

Let’s look at the psychology behind this. It is a psychological operation designed to cause sudden, manufactured panic.

how to get respetced in relationship

Society intentionally sets a ticking clock on your value so that you become desperate.

When you are terrified of being “left behind,” your survival brain kicks in. You subconsciously lower your standards, accept bare-minimum treatment, and rush to settle with whoever is available.

But how can you expect to step into your sovereign, steadfast, unbothered Goddess Energy when you haven’t fully purged the patriarchal malware running in your mind?

The patriarchy doesn’t just program you to be men-centered through marriage narratives; it enforces it by weaponizing body shaming, age shaming, and policing your clothing choices.

It teaches you to objectify yourself.

  • The Body Machine: A massive systematic review spanning two decades of data published in PMC proves that continuous exposure to unrealistic, AI-filtered, and commercialized beauty standards directly triggers high levels of self-objectification, body dissatisfaction, and severe anxiety. You are trained to view your body as a product that needs to be constantly modified to stay competitive in the male-validation market.
  • The Clothing Trap: We are told to dress for the male gaze to be chosen, but the second we wear what we want, society pivots to slut-shaming or victim-blaming.
  • The Age Penalty: Men are allowed to age like “fine wine,” while women are taught to treat a natural wrinkle like a failure.

And…it would truly mean the world to me if you stay until the very end. ❤️

This entire matrix is designed to keep your self-worth fragile.

Because a woman with fragile self-worth is highly profitable and easily controlled.

She buys the anti-aging creams, she morphs her body to fit the trend, and most importantly, she accepts crumbs from mediocre men because she doesn’t believe she deserves the full meal.

4. Part 4: The Truth About the “Happily Ever After”

But let’s look past the smoke and mirrors.

Have you ever noticed how pop culture, movies, and reality shows always end exactly at the altar?

They paint the gorgeous white dress, the flowers, and the dancing, and then the screen cuts to black.

No one wants to show you what happens the morning after the “happily ever after.”

Because the data shows that once the confetti is cleared, women are the ones bearing the compounding mental, physical, and financial interest of the relationship.

Let’s look at the cold, hard numbers:

  • The Invisible Mental Load: A groundbreaking multi-university study published in the Journal of Marriage and Family revealed that mothers carry a staggering 71% of the household mental load. That is the invisible cognitive energy of tracking, planning, scheduling, remembering appointments, and anticipating family needs. Even when men “help,” women are still forced to act as the unpaid Project Manager of the entire household.
  • The Physical & Domestic Imbalance: Even when both partners work full-time, women still perform a massive 79% of the daily domestic tasks like cleaning and direct childcare. Society tells you marriage is a partnership, but the data says it often operates like a second, unpaid shift for the woman.
  • The Financial Demotion: While men frequently receive a “fatherhood premium” or pay bump when they settle down, women face what economists explicitly call the “Motherhood Penalty.” Research by the U.S. Census Bureau shows that the earnings gap between spouses doubles between the two years before their first child is born and the year after. It cuts into her career momentum, forces her into occupational sorting, and can permanently reduce her lifetime earning potential.
Why Being a Feminist Can Help You Get Princess Treatment

When you look at this data, you realize that the societal push for women to settle is an economic trap.

They pressure you to tie your worth to a man, drop your standards so he doesn’t have to evolve, and then inherit a life sentence of unreciprocated emotional, mental, and physical labor.

When you live in this kind of system long enough without strong critical thinking, it becomes your baseline. You start internalizing it.

You start thinking, ‘Well, this is just how life is.’ It honestly operates like a cult. It programs us to accept crumbs, lower our standards, and normalize being treated with disrespect.

Even those of us who know the system is rigged still struggle to break free from the mental conditioning.

Because knowing it intellectually is one thing—unprogramming it from your soul is another.

5. Part 5: Singlehood vs. The Marriage Illusion

But guess what? The ultimate proof that the patriarchy is lying to us lies in the cold, hard demographic data.

Society warns you that being single past 30 will make you miserable, but science says the exact opposite.

Let’s look at what happens when women actually step out of the program:

  • The Singles Happiness Phenomenon: A groundbreaking global study tracking nearly 6,000 single adults published in Social Psychological and Personality Science completely shattered the stereotype of the “lonely single woman.” The data proved that single women are significantly happier than single men, reporting much higher satisfaction with their life quality, their relationship status, and their overall well-being.
  • Why? Because single women cultivate deep, authentic social networks and avoid the unequal domestic and emotional burdens that heterosexual relationships historically demand.
  • The Marriage Longevity Disparity: Behavioral scientists and economists, including prominent researchers at the London School of Economics, have explicitly stated that unmarried and childless women form the happiest and healthiest subgroup in the entire population.
  • The Health Asymmetry: Harvard Medical School and multiple long-term sociologic tracking studies show that marriage gives a massive health and longevity boost to men. Married men live up to 8 years longer than single men because they have a woman managing their emotional world, tracking their health, and running their household.
  • But for women? Married women do not see that same consistent health boost. In fact, middle-aged married women experience significantly higher physical and mental stress burdens compared to their single peers.

Look at the math! Men benefit from marriage; women sacrifice for it.

The “princess treatment” isn’t something a man graciously bestows upon you because you played your cards right. It is a natural reflection of your internal frequency.

When you completely de-program from the patriarchal matrix—when you reject body shame, laugh at the age-30 deadline, and realize that your single life is already a luxury estate—your energy shifts. You stop acting hungry. You stop accepting low effort.

You realize that a man doesn’t complete your life; he has to prove he is safe and high-value enough to even be invited into it. That is how you get treated like royalty.

Part 6: Why Internet “Dating Hacks” Are Failing You

But let’s keep it real for a second.

If you get on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube right now, there are thousands of relationship coaches and influencers teaching you “how to get princess treatment.”

They give you psychological scripts, text templates, and tell you to adopt “black cat energy.” They tell you to act aloof, play hard to get, and mimic detachment.

But here is the honest truth they aren’t telling you: if you do not dive into the deepest, root reason why women act so desperate for male validation in the first place, those tricks are completely useless.

You cannot fake a frequency you don’t actually hold. If you are just using “black cat energy” as a strategy to manipulate a guy into liking you, you are still fundamentally trapped inside the programming. You are still letting a man’s behavior dictate your internal peace.

When you finally dive deep into this data—when you wake up and realize that the fear of being single, the body shame, and the “expired at 30” panic are all just a manufactured matrix designed to lower your value—something snaps.

You don’t have to study “how” to have black cat energy anymore.

You don’t have to practice being detached. You naturally become detached. Because you finally see the game for what it is. You stop performing for the patriarchy, and you naturally step into your power.

Part 7: De-programming Through the 10 Shifts

So, how do we actually break out of this? How do you transition from getting walked on to getting that high-value, ‘princess treatment’ you deserve? It starts with one thing: De-programming.

The women who get treated like royalty—the ones who command respect the second they walk into a room—aren’t just ‘lucky.’ They are the women who refuse to be manipulated. They have built an unshakeable level of self-respect.

They know their worth, they enforce their boundaries, and they refuse to trade their peace for crumbs of fake approval. When you wake up to this system, your behavior changes naturally—and high-value men will actually respect and adore you more for it.

Here are 10 exact ways that shift happens in real life:

You treat your peace as completely non-negotiable. Because you know you’ll be fine on your own, you don’t cling out of fear of being alone.

The ultimate paradox is that men treat you best when you don’t need them. When a man knows you choose him every day simply because he adds value to your already peaceful life—and not because you’re scared to leave—he will treat you like absolute royalty to make sure you stay.

You stop accepting bare-minimum effort.

Instead of rationalizing why he texted late or asked you out on a casual coffee date, you simply state what you expect.

Help You Get Princess Treatment

When you don’t accept low effort, high-value men take you seriously right away because they see you have clear standards he has to step up to meet.

You kill the ‘Cool Girl’ act.

You stop pretending you’re ‘low maintenance’ or fine with things that actually bother you just to be ‘chill.’ You voice your needs early. Men respect women who know who they are—it stops the guessing games, and a good man feels relieved that he doesn’t have to guess what you want.

You master the art of the hard boundary.

When someone is late or disrespectful, instead of playing games, you calmly state what you will accept, and if it’s crossed, you gracefully step back. When a man sees that your presence is a privilege—not a given—his protective and provider instincts kick in because he knows he can’t take you for granted.

You stop competing with other women for male validation.

You drop the pick-me mindset entirely and support other women. Secure, confident women who don’t act desperate for male approval are incredibly magnetic. A high-value man is deeply attracted to a woman who is comfortable in her own skin and has her own solid circle.

You reject emotional manipulation and gaslighting.

When someone tries to spin a situation and call you ‘too sensitive,’ you hold your ground: ‘No, I am not being too sensitive, my reaction is completely valid.’ When you refuse to let reality get twisted, you command immediate mental respect. He can’t walk all over you, which forces him to communicate like an adult.

You drop the invisible emotional labor.

You stop managing his emotions, planning his social life for him, or over-functioning to keep the peace. You let him take the lead. Men want to feel useful and capable; when you stop mothering him and let him step up as a partner, he feels a surge of pride and investment in the relationship.

You trade internal guilt for radical self-worth.

When he treats you like a queen or buys you nice things, you accept it with a smile and a warm thank you—instead of panicking and feeling like you ‘owe’ him something immediately. Gracious, appreciative women who feel worthy of being spoiled make men want to spoil them more.

You stop Pipeline-ing red flags as ‘just how men are.’

The second someone shows emotional immaturity or dismissiveness, you address it directly or walk away, rather than trying to ‘fix’ him. Men rise to the level of the women they are with—when he realizes he can’t get away with toxic behavior, he either steps up his emotional intelligence or removes himself.

You evaluate men by their actions, not their potential.

You stop falling for ‘potential’ or sweet promises about the future and look strictly at what he is doing for you right now. It shows him you are a high-value chooser who values present consistency over empty words.

Part 8: Wake Up & Join the Movement
