Hey loves, welcome back! It’s Hannah!!! The unhinged manifest girl lol ( I just shared the YT chanel – share later in this blog post – pls subscribe!!)

If you’re new here, this space is all about translating the Law of Attraction into realistic, actionable steps—no fluff, just practical strategy to clear your doubts and get tangible results.
(P.S. If you haven’t read the first post on making your goals “approachable,” go check that out—it sets the perfect foundation!)
Today, we’re diving into a concept that might just change everything for you: You don’t know what you don’t know.
Think about it.

Your imagination, your desires, even your “limiting beliefs”—they’re all shaped by the information you’ve been exposed to.
Your “ceiling” for what’s possible is often just the ceiling of what you’ve seen, heard, or dared to consider.
Your Desire Starts with a Blueprint
Let’s use dating as our example again (because it’s so relatable!).
Why might you set an intention like, “I want a partner who takes me to incredible fine-dining restaurants”?
It’s likely because:
- Your friend Jamie gushed about her anniversary at that sky-high NYC restaurant.
- Your Instagram feed is filled with girls being spoiled at beautiful places.
- You saw a viral Reddit story about an epic proposal at a Michelin-star spot.
Your desire was sparked by external information. You saw a blueprint, and it resonated. This is powerful! It means that to expand what you can manifest, you must first expand your library of what’s possible.
The opposite is also tragically true. If your primary reference points are stories of splitting bills, narcissistic exes, or being treated as an afterthought, how can your mind effortlessly conjure the feeling of being lavishly cherished?
It’s fighting against its own database.
The Shortcut: Curate Your Environment (Your #1 Manifestation Tool)
If you’re in a healing phase or feel your imagination is limited by past experiences, here is your most powerful, non-negotiable step: You must detox your environment and curate your input.
This isn’t about ditching friends in tough times. It’s about being strategically intentional with whose energy you absorb daily.
- Upgrade Your Inner Circle: Consciously spend more time with the “it girls”—the friends who know their worth, who are treated wonderfully, and for whom kindness is a baseline expectation. Listen to them casually mention, “Oh, David is taking me to that new omakase spot tomorrow.” See it in their demeanor: it’s normal, not a miracle. Your subconscious learns through osmosis.
- Control Your Digital Feed: Unfollow accounts that fuel scarcity, drama, or cynicism. Fill your explore page with women living the life you desire. Your digital world is a constant drip-feed of beliefs. Make it work for you.
When your everyday reality is filled with examples of good treatment, you stop trying to believe it’s possible—you start to know it is. The “it girl” energy becomes a vibe you pick up, not a mantra you strain to feel.
The AI Hack: Discover What You Didn’t Know to Ask For
Here’s my favorite modern manifesting tool: Use AI to blast open the doors of your imagination.
I literally went to ChatGPT and typed:
*“List 100 dramatic, romantic, princess-treatment things a partner might do for someone they truly cherish.”*
The list blew my mind.
Sure, it had the expected ones—luxury trips, gifts. But then there were things I’d never concretely imagined: “Pay off her student loans to free her from financial stress,” “Donate to a cause in her name,” “Fully fund her dream of starting a small business.”
You cannot manifest a reality your mind has never vividly pictured.
Make It Real: The Research Step
To move these concepts from “cool idea” to “believable reality,” take this final, crucial action:
Search for proof.
If “paying off student loans” is on your new list, go to Reddit forums, relationship blogs, or news sites and search for real-life stories.
Read about the woman whose partner surprised her by clearing her debt. See the comments. Feel the reality of it.
This isn’t about comparison. It’s about evidence. It’s your brain saying, “Oh, someone is actually doing this. This exists in the world. Why shouldn’t it exist for me, too?”
My Proof: It Works – FAST lol!!!
The morning I did this exercise, “spontaneous luxury travel” was on my AI-generated list. That same afternoon, a man pursuing me messaged.
He outlined his travel plans and asked, “Would you like to join me? I’ll cover the flights and accommodation.”
Was it a private jet to Bali? No.
But it was a direct, tangible echo of my expanded desire appearing in my reality within hours.
The universe was responding to my newly broadened horizon.
Your Mind is a Playground. Time to Build New Rides.
Manifestation isn’t about straining to believe in magic.
It’s about practically building a new normal in your mind until the universe can match it.
When you’re busy, emotional, or just not in the mood for “woo-woo” work, this is your cheat code: curate your environment, expand your information, and seek proof.
Stop being limited by what you already know. Go find out what else is possible. Your future self has already seen it—it’s time to catch up.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
If you’re someone who needs the realistic roadmap (like I did), I hope this gives you a powerful, new tool.
Try it. Then come back and tell me what happens!
Sending you expansive, abundant energy.
Xo, Hannah
