Wondering how to look taller? I GOT YOU my loves <3
Okay, I’ll be the first to admit it—I’m not the tallest person in the room everrrr.
(Please lemme keep my height in secret)

I’ve literally had to ask strangers to grab things from the top shelf for me at the grocery store.
But over the years, I’ve become a total pro at using style to create the illusion of height. I’m talking legit tricks that make my friends do a double-take in photos and ask, “Did you get taller?!”

These are my absolute favorite, real-life hacks that I use all the time – STAY TILL THE END for the iphone setting hack at the end of the blog post <3!
1. My Flared Pants & Secret Platform Combo
I live in wide-leg or flared pants.
They’re a game-changer because they create this long, clean line from my hips all the way down.

But my secret?
I always, always wear them with platform sneakers or shoes hidden underneath.

The pants drag just a little on the ground, covering the shoes completely, so it just looks like my legs are miraculously that long.
It’s my favorite magic trick.
❤️Girl’s fashion hack #1:
Use nail polish clear coat on fraying thread ends to stop further unraveling until you can properly repair the item!
2. The Cropped Top + High-Waist Uniform
This is my daily go-to.

I swear, wearing a cropped top with high-waisted jeans or trousers is the fastest way to make my legs look endless.

It instantly raises my waistline, making my torso look shorter and my legs start, like, right under my chest. It’s such a simple switch, but it does all the work for me.
❤️Girl’s fashion hack #2:
Prevent button-down shirts from gapping between buttons by using double-sided fashion tape <3
If you are reading this blog post till now, there’s one thing for sure…
You have good taste! <3 If you approve of some of these looks, please kindly pin or share some of these outfits so many tasteful fashion babes can come across this outfit inspo, thanks pretty! ❤️

And…it would truly mean the world to me if you stay until the very end. ❤️
3. When In Doubt, I Wear All One Color
I figured this one out after a lot of trial and error.

When I wear one color from head to toe—like all black, all cream, or even all navy—it creates one long, unbroken line.

There are no visual breaks to chop me up, so I automatically look taller and leaner.
It’s the easiest “elevated” look I have in my back pocket.

4.I Swapped All My Shoes for Pointy Toes
Seriously, I’ve converted my whole shoe collection.

A pointy toe, whether it’s on a flat, a loafer, or a boot, elongates my foot and continues the line of my leg.

It adds like an extra inch or two visually, without me having to teeter in heels. It’s a tiny detail that makes a huge difference.
❤️Girl’s fashion hack #4:Use rolled-up magazine pages to maintain boot shape when storing – truly work wonders imo lol

From my backend data, almost every 3 days someone from LTK and my email list will buy these two bags lol (Different sizes - some prefer mini some prefer the normal).
It's always so fun see from data to know what you girls prefer!
5. My Boots Have Built-In “Help”
I’m a huge fan of a good boot, especially knee-high ones.
They act like an extension of my legs, especially if I wear them with tights or pants in a similar color.
And I’m not ashamed to admit I specifically look for boots with a chunky sole or a hidden platform inside.
A little extra lift goes a long way, and no one has to know but me!
❤️Girl’s fashion hack #5:
Stretch tight shoes by wearing them with thick socks and blowing them with a hairdryer!
6. My Not-So-Secret Photo Editing Trick
Alright, this one is just for the photos, and I think everyone does it.
After I take a picture, I go straight to the edit tool and hit the crop button and go to “vertical”.
See that little vertical arrow on the side? I gently pull it more to the right side.
It subtly stretches the image just enough to make me (and everyone else) look a bit taller and slimmer without making the background look all warpy!
It’s my little secret for that perfect Instagram shot – please try it out!
❤️Girl’s fashion hack #6:
Quick fix – Brighten yellowed white clothing by soaking in a solution of lemon juice and hot water!
Final Thoughts:
